Refund & Cancellation Policy

Current Platform Status
TimeBack is currently a free platform. All features — including topic-wise practice, mock tests, and performance analytics — are available at no charge. As such, no payments are collected and no refunds are applicable at this time.
Future Paid Features
If we introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future, the following policies will apply:
- Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
- One-time Purchases: Refund requests for one-time purchases must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@timeback.in.
- In-App Purchases: Refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective store's refund policies.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Account Cancellation
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@timeback.in. Account deletion will be processed within 30 days. This action is irreversible — all your practice history, test scores, and analytics data will be permanently deleted.
