Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TimeBack platform at timeback.in, operated by Amigo Softcom LLP("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use TimeBack.
• If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
• By registering, you confirm that the phone number provided belongs to you or is used with the consent of its owner.

2. Account Registration

• Accounts are created using phone number and OTP verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree not to share your account or allow others to access it.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use TimeBack only for lawful educational purposes. You shall not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our questions, content, or materials without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our consent.

4. Educational Content

• All questions, explanations, and study materials on TimeBack are for educational purposes only.
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free.
• Our mock tests simulate exam conditions but are not affiliated with NTA, IITs, or any official examination body.
• Scores and performance analytics are indicative and should not be treated as predictions of actual exam results.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on TimeBack — including questions, explanations, UI design, logos, and software — is the property of Amigo Softcom LLP or its licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal educational use.
• This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

6. Pricing and Payments

TimeBack is currently offered as a free platform. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, the applicable pricing and payment terms will be clearly communicated before any charges apply. You will never be charged without explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TimeBack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or that it will be free from errors or bugs.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using the platform in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

• You may stop using TimeBack at any time by simply not accessing the platform.
• To delete your account and data, email support@timeback.in.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
